How did you first become involved with the NSCAA?
Jeff Tipping invited me to a coaching school after meeting me at a soccer camp.

Why do you continue to stay involved with the NSCAA?
It is the largest and best coaching organization in the world.

Why do you like teaching NSCAA courses?
It is great professional development.

What is your favorite NSCAA course to teach and why?
The National Diploma - I feel most coaches who attend these courses are truly there to further their knowledge for their players.

What is the best thing about the NSCAA Academy?
The rapport of the candidates and staff. Everyone learns from each other.

Who is your all-time favorite player?
Michelle Akers, US Women's National Team - because of her courage and leadership

Who are/were your mentors in soccer?
All my coaches throughout my life.

Who are your mentors in the coaching profession?
Charlotte Moran

What advice would you give to young coaches?
Be patient. Don't try to do too much too soon.
